Week 45: Cataract Falls Trail, again

A repeat of sorts of this hike, we modified the trail to be a bit shorter (around 4 miles) by avoiding Potrero Meadows (which has always proven disappointing) in favor of the Old Stove trail shortcut.

We picked up provisions at Davey Jones' sandwich shop on our way north, a long-standing tradition of almost all North Bay trips. The weather was perfect for a hike; our last hike in the area was in Spring, so the differences in light and surroundings were interesting.
