Week 52: Muir Woods

The last "hike" of 2014 was a jaunt through Muir Woods with my mom and sister while they visited San Francisco for the holidays.

It's been a few years since our last visit to Muir Woods, so it was nice to walk through the park again, made even nicer by Eric's free entrance pass.

After Muir Woods, we headed to Stinson Beach, with a stop at the Muir Beach overlook. It was astoundingly clear and wind-free. I can never get enough of the beautiful California coast.
